Accessibility statement

This website should be usable by as many people as possible — regardless of technology, input device or impairment. In doing so we voluntarily follow the recognised standards WCAG 2.2 Level AA and EN 301 549.

Voluntary — and still meant seriously

The Ingenieurbüro Aaron Schwägerl is a single-person business (micro-enterprise, Kleinstunternehmen). Under § 3 Abs. 3 of the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz, BFSG), there is no statutory accessibility obligation for this website. We implement it nonetheless, because a page that everyone can read and operate is a matter of course for us.

What is already in place

• Fully operable with the keyboard, with a clearly visible focus indicator.
• A skip link leads directly to the content.
• Sufficient colour contrast for body text.
• Consideration for the system setting “reduce motion”.
• Moving content can be paused.
• A clear structure with headings and descriptive image text.
