2. Architecture as the privacy default

This website runs without external scripts, without a CDN, without tracking, without analytics tools, without third-party fonts and without third-party images. No “external access” takes place that would transmit personal data to third parties. All fonts, scripts and images are served from the same server as the content (Art. 25 GDPR – data protection by design).

3. Server log files

When this website is accessed, the hosting provider automatically records information (server log files). These usually comprise the IP address, the date and time of access, and technical information about the browser used. IP addresses can be personal data (CJEU C-582/14 Breyer). Any evaluation is carried out solely for security and stability purposes; no linkage with other data takes place on the part of the controller. The retention period corresponds to the technical processing-on-behalf configuration of the hosting provider. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure operation).

4. Cookies and tracking

This website uses no tracking cookies, no analytics tool and no external services. No storage of information in your terminal equipment requiring consent within the meaning of § 25 (1) TDDDG takes place. An optional day/night toggle takes effect solely within the current browser session in memory (no persistent storage).

5. Getting in touch

If you contact us by email, your details are stored in order to handle the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. No disclosure to third parties takes place. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) or (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in handling enquiries efficiently). Retention period: until the enquiry is concluded, plus the statutory retention periods (HGB / AO).

6. Your rights as a data subject

You have the right at any time to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). To exercise these, simply contact the address given above by email. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (competent for Bavaria: Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht / BayLDA — the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision, Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach).

7. Hosting

The content of this website is delivered via a hosting provider operated within the European Union. Insofar as personal data is processed there, this is done solely on our behalf and within the framework of a data processing agreement (Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag) pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.

8. Transfer to third countries

No transfer of personal data to third countries outside the European Union or the European Economic Area takes place. The entire technical infrastructure (hosting, incoming email) is operated within the EU/EEA.

9. Automated decision-making / profiling

No automated decision-making, including profiling, within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR takes place.
